About
Operator, researcher, lecturer — chasing the same idea from three sides.
I'm Sinan Isoglu. For years I've circled one question — what makes growth multiply instead of merely add up — from inside companies, inside research, and inside the lecture hall.
The story
Receipts first, theory second.
I started where the numbers are actually made — in commercial growth, close to marketing, pricing, go-to-market, and the messy reality of revenue. One pattern kept repeating: most teams add. More spend, more headcount, more activity. Far fewer ask what would make the whole thing compound.
That question pulled me two more places. Into research — a doctorate on how cross-border M&A and sales–marketing integration actually create value, or quietly destroy it. And into the lecture hall, where teaching forces you to say the true thing simply, or not at all.
None of the three is a side project. The operator keeps the researcher honest, the researcher keeps the operator rigorous, and the lecturer makes both legible.
Growth that multiplies, not just adds up — the same idea, whichever way I look at it.
The flywheel
Three tracks, one engine.
Operating, research, and lecturing aren't three careers. They're one flywheel — each turn makes the next easier, and each makes the others more credible.
