Growth that multiplies, not just adds up.
Operator, researcher, and lecturer in commercial growth — writing and teaching on what makes companies compound: pricing, go-to-market, AI-enabled revenue operations, and cross-border growth.
The thesis
Addition has a ceiling. Leverage doesn't.
Every growth lever eventually flattens — more spend, more headcount, more activity, diminishing returns. The exception is leverage: the move that lifts the others with it. Pricing that sharpens positioning. Go-to-market that compounds into retention. AI that turns revenue operations from a cost centre into capacity.
Where that point sits, and what makes a difference compound rather than fade, is the question my work, research, and teaching keep circling back to.
Three tracks, one person
One operator, three lenses.
Each lens sharpens the others — the operator's receipts, the researcher's rigour, the lecturer's clarity — compounding into a single, tested point of view on growth.
